Was looking for an inexpensive drone (around $100) & a friend said it wouldn’t have GPS snd I’d be unhappy with it. He recommended the DJI Mavic Mini and I’m glad he did. Was packaged in a box like new. Everything was pristine upon inspection. Instructions etc in the box are sorta lacking. Searched YouTube for how to vids snd that helped to explain the controller, settings in the app etc. so far it’s been a blast to fly and at less than 250 grams it doesn’t have to be registered!

If you have never flown a drone before or just want something to entertain you indoors when it's too yucky outside then look no farther. This little drone keeps being fun day after day! Indoor/outdoor photo quality is surprisingly good provided you have enough light. Battery life is average for small drones of this type and extras are inexpensive enough to have several. This bundle come with 3 total included + a charger. Also included in this bundle is a totally enclosed cage for use instead of the OEM prop guards. This is heavier and goes through batteries a little faster but is awesome if flying indoors. This drone can be controlled by way of an app on your smartphone but is much better if you buy a gamesir T1D controller. The only downside I see is after playing with this for a bit you will have an irresistible urge to spend more money on bigger/better drones.

Because there are several expressly different configurations let me break them down seperately.Base Drone Mode:The PowerEgg X is very elegant in desgin, can fly in winds of up to 40 knots, and two cameras either side of the main (4K/60fps) shooter provide forward-facing obstacle avoidance. It has a very precise GPS mode to help you stay out of FAA restricted airspace as well.Waterproof Drone Mode:I love this feature, it allows me to fly my Poweregg X in incliment weather with an IP6 rated housing. It has not had a problem at all in snow or rain. I have yet to land or take off from water, just waiting for the spring...In both the above modes the ability to record your voice to the drone while it's flying via the mic on your smartphone, or your wireless headset. Most drones record silent video, as the noise of the propellors is all you would typically hear. With this "SyncVoice" feature, you can narrate over your video in real-time without the nasty buzz of the drone ruining everything. Again a very very cool feature I've not seen elsewhere.Now for the coup de grâceHandheld camera mode...what what?!Yes, remove the arms, add the hand strap (or use the tripod mount) and its a camcorder! But wait theres moar! It has AI built right in and with the benefit of a very precise modern 3-axis gimbal. The body size is just right to hold in your hand, and with this configuration availiable you dont have to worry about bringing 2 or more gadgets to cover both air and land photography.Let me say this about the AI camera mode. The Poweregg X implemented facial tracking and a ton of other "smart" features to this which is great e.g. when you leave the camera view and walk back in the camera re-centers on you. I've been trying to dip my toe into the FPV hobby for a while but trying to figure out what to buy and what works with what really kept me from jumping in. This combo includes absolutely everything you need to fly FPV and even has easy-to-fly modes for those just beginning. The price is pretty competitive too if you were to buy a high quality analog FPV system with controller, batteries, etc. I'm really glad to have this option for people looking to experience FPV.

My wife is a travel Agent. We use this as well as her Gopro on our travels. I do allot of photography using this Drone. Its pefect for travelling. Not to light that the wind matters, and not to heavy that you cant get 30 minutes a battery. I find the battery time perfect. Best times to shoot are mornings and evenings. We recently took this to Costa Rica. Peru Vida! thats all im gonna say! This thing flies itself once you get used to it. The pictures are great. The videos are amazing! My videos are too large to load or it pin a couple.

This is the first drone i ever got and I couldn't be happier with it.1st the price, quality drone at a very competitive price. I suggest to get the flymore version that comes with 3 batteries and few other accessories, its well worth the extra $100 to get the flymore version for all the extra accessories.2nd quality and weight, I couldn't believe how light this drone is at such a small size and yet very stable hoovering in the mid air. Good camera and video quality.I am extremely happy with this drone, couldn't ask for more for such a quality drone at a very good price. Highly recommended.
